We utilize the information you provide us to manage this account, allow you to do useful things and make forthcoming bookings easily. You may manage your bookings or other transactions or your personal setting and take advantage of special promotions we offer.
  • Marketing activities: We also utilize your information for marketing purposes. These activities may comprise the below:
  1. Using your contact information to send you news of travel-related products and services when you make booking with us or create a user account. You can unsubscribe from these marketing communications fast, easily and whenever you want – just click on the "Unsubscribe" link found in each newsletter.

These may be offers that you can book directly on Labbaika.com website, or third-party offers or products we believe you might find interesting. The services offered by Labbaika.com can only be used by customers who have first read these conditions and accepted them unconditionally by clicking on the particular box used for the purpose. It is not possible to proceed with the booking process without this acceptance. Customers undertake to fulfill the responsibilities mentioned in these conditions. This means the customer's ability to cancel or change a confirmed booking travel product or service, and the method for doing so, will depend on the specific service providers’ terms and conditions.

 

Customers should save and/or print a copy of these conditions for future reference when making a booking.

 

Important Note:

Currently, Labbaika.com does not provide visa issuance services.


 

1. Prices and Payment

The total price of any booking will be shown once the customer has selected all the particular services he would like to buy. Such price will include the price of all services selected including Labbaika.com management fees. This management fees are independent from the price of the services and non-refundable in any case, as these fees are charged for the service provided by Labbaika.com for the search, comparison and assistance in the booking process.

 

Unless stated otherwise, the prices of the services shown on the Website are expressed in USD, excluding local taxes imposed by the authorities in some countries. The customer should be aware that the local authorities in certain countries can impose additional taxes (Tourist/City Tax, etc.), which have to be paid directly at the property. The customer is exclusively liable for paying such additional taxes and fees.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude insurance, extra luggage charges, transport from the airport to the accommodation or from one accommodation to the other one, visa and vaccination charges or any personal expenses (laundry, telephone, drinks, room service, tips, etc.), nor excursions or the use of sports amenities, nor any more general costs that are not expressly included in the booking confirmation voucher.

 

The prices shown on the Website and Labbaika.com Mobile Application can be altered at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to bookings already accepted and confirmed.


If Labbaika.com and/or Supplier becomes aware of or is notified of any fraud or illegal activity related to the payment of the booking that is caused by or arising out of, or in any way connected with the customer’s acts, the booking will be cancelled and the customer shall be responsible for all the costs resulting from such cancellation, without prejudice to any action that might be taken against him.


The customer must provide the details of his payment card and the Supplier or Labbaika.com will often have to verify: (i) the validity of the payment card (through a charge of a nominal value that is either refunded within a few days or deducted from the final payment due to the Supplier) and, (ii) the availability of funds on the payment card (to be confirmed by the bank issuing the customer's credit card).


All bookings unless expressly stated otherwise are final and cannot be changed, refunded, exchanged, cancelled, or transferred to another party. In such cases; customer’s credit card will be charged for the amount shown even if he does not utilize the booking.


If customer's booking is being paid for with a third party credit card we may request a written authorization to be provided by the card-holder. Labbaika.com or the travel Supplier reserves the right to only deliver e-tickets, confirmations, e-vouchers or other travel documents to your credit card billing address or email address when requested to do so by the credit card provider. All email addresses used must be valid at the time of booking.

 

2. Cancellation, Refund and Changes by the Customer

We currently do not support online cancellations; we only accept cancellation requests through phone or via customer service email. If after making the booking a customer wants to change the trip regarding to the date of travel, the destination, the place where the trip begins, the accommodation or the means of transportation, the customer should call +202 35353111 or send an email to info@Labbaika.com notifying us of the requested change. A fee may be imposed by the applicable Suppliers in the case of a change to a booking, unless it was expressly stated that no fees will be imposed in the event of cancellation at the time the customer had made the booking.


In the event of cancellation of the package holiday booking by the customer, Labbaika.com and the respective Supplier can request indemnifications to cover the costs of the travel arrangements already made. Additionally, a standard cancellation charge may be applied by the Suppliers of each service of the package holiday in respect of each cancellation. Where a cancellation affects more than one individual on the booking a cancellation charge will be applied in respect of each individual on the booking.


Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, regulations, and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a customer to make changes to the other flight, the customer will be liable for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.


A "no-show" for a flight may result in customer's full ticket being cancelled by the airline and therefore a refund may not be applied.


Cancellation policies of accommodation providers vary: Certain reservations cannot be cancelled and are non-changeable; others request the customer to pay a penalty in the event of cancellation; and some reservations may be fully refundable. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not subject to cancellation or change. Some accommodation providers will charge extra for early or late check-out.


The general cancellation and amendment policy of each accommodation provider is available on the Website before confirming the booking in the Remarks section, under “cancellation fees”, and in the booking confirmation voucher. Customer is recommended to read the cancellation and no-show policies of the accommodation provider carefully prior to making the booking.


In relation to Car Rentals, the Car Rental provider's specific terms and conditions for cancellations and amendments will be available during the booking process. If customer fails to cancel his/her booking prior to the pick-up time and do not collect the vehicle on the pick-up date, or if customer fails to comply with the pick-up terms (see Car Rental provider’s terms and conditions), Labbaika.com on behalf of the Car rental provider reserves the right to make a "no-show" charge of up to 100% of the total car rental booking amount.

 

Labbaika.com will process customer’s refund within a maximum of 72 hours from time we receive the request; Once the refund is processed, customer’s issuer bank may take up to 14 working days (depending on the issuer bank) to post the refunded amount to customer’s account. In case of flight ticket bookings; airlines refund process will take 15 working days to process the refund issue before proceeding to the issuer bank.


3. Other Complementary Information

 

3.1 Air Transports Service

 All tickets vended on the Website are e-tickets. E-ticketing is a "paper-less" technique to book flights. Once the customer has made his booking, it is stored electronically in the airline reservation system. Labbaika.com will send the customer a booking confirmation voucher including booking reference number, which is used as a receipt for his e-ticket. Customer will not receive a physical ticket to present at the airport.

 

As per the airline rules and regulations, the standard check-in time starts 3 hours prior to departure.

It is customer’s full responsibility to carry the appropriate travel documents which include, but not limited to: a valid passport; visa for the destination; valid transit visa in case he is transiting through a destination that requires to have a transit visa; and any immigration clearance required by his country. Labbaika.com will not be held liable in case he is denied boarding.

Customer may be required to produce his booking reference and/or confirmation voucher to the relevant Supplier as a proof of the booking. It's recommended that customer takes a printout of the booking confirmation voucher with him although not all airlines will request to see this. The airlines have their own rules and regulations regarding e-ticketing and some airlines request to see the credit card at check-in counter. Labbaika.com cannot be held liable for non-compliance with these rules and regulations and strongly recommends that customer checks these details with his airline prior to travel to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Labbaika.com is not responsible for any schedule modification by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but we will keep the customer informed of such changes. It is advisable for the customer to reconfirm flight timings 24 hours prior to his flight departure.

Labbaika.com relies on the information that customer provides as being accurate and therefore cannot be held responsible if his e-ticket is not received due to an incorrect email address or his junk email settings.

 

Customer must inform Labbaika.com promptly if he/she changes his/her email address or contact telephone number. In addition, customer must check that the name on his/her passport matches the name on his/her ticket and/or booking confirmation voucher.

 

In special circumstances, due to ticketing restrictions beyond our control, Labbaika.com may not be able to pass information about confirmed bookings to the airline to enable them to fulfil the booking. If this happens, Labbaika.com will attempt to notify the customer within 48 hours of confirmation and organize a refund or arrange an alternative. Where he/she chooses an alternative and that alternative costs more than his/her original booking, he/she will be accountable for paying the difference.

 

To get infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months old throughout the entire itinerary of the booking. This includes both destination and return trips. If the infant is 24 months old or above on the return trip, customer will need to make a separate booking using a child fare.


3.2 Rail Transport Service

The Customer is responsible for complying with the instructions the rail transport service provider, especially regarding train times. In particular, the Customer accepts and agrees that:

  • Labbaika.com has no control over the allocation of seats on any rail journey, even if pre-booked, and does not guarantee that any particular seats will be available on a journey.
  • Labbaika.com has no control over any indication of the journey times which are provided by the rail transport service provider and are given for guidance only and are subject to change and confirmation.
  • The Customer making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
  • If the Customer cannot produce a valid ticket for their journey together with any relevant rail card, photo card or other required form of personal identification when requested by the staff of a train operating company, the customer might have to pay the proper fare on the train or might have to pay a penalty fare or might be reported for prosecution
  • A train ticket may only be used by the customer who bought the ticket, or by the person on whose behalf the customer bought the ticket (It depends on the specific rail transport provider terms and conditions).

 

3.3 Car Rental Service

Car Rental service is offered separately or as part of a package holiday. This service is subject to the regulations of the service provider (Car Rental provider). The customer making the booking must present a valid card in his name upon pick up. Debit cards are not accepted and the customer must check which credit cards are accepted by the Supplier. The Supplier may submit an authorization request to the credit card company during the period of Car Rental by way of a deposit held by the Supplier. The customer must therefore contact his credit card company to ensure the payment card limit is adequate for this purpose. Some larger car types require two credit cards.


Additional charges may be payable locally such as refueling, additional driver charges and young driver surcharge. The customer accepts that in no event shall Labbaika.com be responsible for such additional charges as detailed or otherwise.


Petrol is not usually included in the rental cost. For the rental of vehicles in certain countries, certain car rental provider automatically adds charges for filling the fuel tank when the vehicle is returned. In addition, certain Car Rental provider charges an extra fee if snow tires are used.


Unless agreed otherwise, the customer must return the vehicle to the location of the Car Rental provider from which it was collected. If the customer does not fulfill with this, the Car Rental provider may charge an additional fee.


Special equipment, such as child seats or GPS, can be requested, and will be payable directly to the Car Rental provider upon pick up (if available).


Drivers must usually be between the ages 21 and 75 although this can vary between Car Rental providers and from country to country. It is the Customer's liability to check this with the Car Rental provider. Additional charges may also apply if any driver’s age below 25 or over 70.


The customer is reminded that some Car Rental providers do not allow the rented vehicle to be used outside the country in which it has been rented.


No refunds will be provided on bookings cancelled within 48 hours to pick up time or any unused rental days. That will vary as per Car Rental providers' terms and conditions.


In relation to transfer service from the airport, port and any stations to the accommodation and vice versa, a maximum waiting time for the customer to arrive and avail that service is about one hour. Therefore, if the customer arrives after that period, even for force majeure; the transfer service may not be available.


3.4 Accommodations

The indication of the comfort level given to accommodations in the descriptions on the Website corresponds to a classification based on local standards in that country, this classification is provided solely as an indication. Customers should be aware that standards can vary between accommodations of the same class in different regions, and even in the same country. It is important to read carefully the accommodation descriptions. Accommodation in all properties, whatever the rating, is in standard rooms unless otherwise stated.

 

Some amenities in some accommodations are operated exclusively on exact dates and not all seasons, such as air conditioning, heating, swimming pools or Jacuzzis, which will be subject to the accommodation provider's policies.

 

In case customer has arrived at the booked accommodation and certain promised amenities were not available, then he is advised to make and submit complaint to the accommodation provider directly. Labbaika.com does not promise or guarantee any availability of the mentioned services.

 

Several accommodation providers have specific policies regarding children, accompanying travelers and/or accompanying pets. As indicated above, customer is strongly advised to check with accommodation provider directly to verify the accommodation policies.


In case of special needs (e.g. wheelchair-bound, hearing or visually impaired), then customer can check under “property services” if the accommodation can facilitate his needs. Customer is highly recommended to contact the accommodation provider directly and confirm if they can make arrangements for him/her. In general, all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Labbaika.com. Depending on the policy of the applicable accommodation provider, the reservation will be refunded, cancelled or amended if special needs cannot be met. If available, customer’s request will be confirmed upon arrival.


Check-in time generally varies between 14:00 to 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out time is normally by 12:00 (Noon) on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to special approval and depends on room availability, and cannot be guaranteed and are usually subjected to additional charges.

In some cases, the accommodation might not have a 24-hour reception or check-in desk. In such events; customer is advised to contact the accommodation providers directly and inform them of his estimated time of arrival to avoid any inconveniences.


Upon check-in, customers must present a valid ID and credit card in their names (the amount of available credit required will vary by the accommodation provider). Debit cards may not be accepted. Some accommodations request a deposit amount (cash or by credit card) during the stay.


It is possible that, from time to time, an accommodation booking is cancelled or modified for reasons out of Labbaika.com control (for example an accommodation is overbooked due to connectivity issues with the accommodation provider) or for reasons of force majeure (for example an accommodation is closed due to a hurricane). In such events, Labbaika.com will make all reasonable effort to inform the customer of this as soon as possible and where possible will compensate him/her with an alternative option equal to the amount he/she has paid, any difference (additional cost) has to be paid by the customer himself/herself.

 

3.5 Luggage

The luggage and other personal properties of the customer are under his full responsibility. The carriage of luggage, animals and cycles is subject to the terms and conditions of the provider.

 

Labbaika.com is not liable to respond to any type of incident related to the luggage. The carriers (air, sea, river, land or railway, among others) may respond to the customer in accordance with their rules and regulations.

 

Also, in the accommodations, accommodation providers will be responsible, in accordance with their specific rules and restrictions, for any incidents related to luggage and belongings that occur during the period of lodging in them. In case of any incident, loss/damage that occurs, the customer is strongly advised to make a timely claim to the carrier or accommodation providers directly.

 

Regarding the luggage allowance; customer must check his luggage allowance by visiting the airline’s website. If a flight includes more than one route, different luggage allowances may be applied. This can even be the case when flying with the same airline, if for example one flight is international and the other is domestic. This may mean that customer is charged for any luggage exceeds the lower limit on the flight which has the lower luggage limit.

 

3.6 Travel Health

 Each country has its own requirements regarding vaccinations, which can also vary depending on the person’s nationality. Customer should take health advice about his specific needs as early as possible in advance to the departure.

 

  • Travel while pregnant: Some airlines refuse to carry women who will be a certain number of weeks’ pregnant on the date of return travel.
  • Travel with children: Infants must be a minimum of 6 weeks old or more to travel by air and must either sit on an adult’s lap or occupy an infant seat. Customer should contact the airline he is travelling with for details of suitable seats. In general, children aged 2 years or more must occupy a seat.
  • Special Assistance: All requests for special needs should be made directly to the travel Supplier. It is customer's responsibility to verify if such special needs requirements can be fulfilled. Some travel Suppliers may make a charge for providing special needs. Therefore, Labbaika.com will not be liable to the customer for any losses he incurs if travel Suppliers are unable to fulfill his special need requirements.

 

3.7 Travel Insurance

The prices shown on the Website do not include travel insurance. The customer is therefore advised to take out insurance that covers the consequences of certain issues of cancellation and that also provides cover for certain special risks such as the cost of repatriation in the event of an accident or sickness. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any insurance policy taken out is sufficient to cover their requirements.

 

It is recommended that customer takes out insurance for any travel, especially as there may be circumstances where the service provider will have no liability. If customer chooses to purchase travel insurance through Labbaika.com Website (if available), his contract will be directly with the Supplier, whose terms and conditions will apply to that insurance.


4. Photographs and illustrations

Labbaika.com does its best to provide photographs and illustrations that give the customer a description of the services offered. The main objective of these photographs and illustrations is to show the customer the level of accommodation and the comfort degree, and they must not be considered to be making any representation that goes beyond this purpose.

 

5. Labbaika.com Liability

The customer accepts that where Labbaika.com acts as an interface between the customer and the Suppliers, Labbaika.com will under no circumstances be held responsible with respect to services the customer has booked with one or more Suppliers.


The information shown on this Website has been provided by the concerned Suppliers, and Labbaika.com does not accept any responsibility for any inaccuracies. Customers must make sure to verify all information given before booking.

Welcome to Labbaika.com website (the “Website”). This Website is provided merely to help customers in collecting travel-related information, determining the availability of travel—related goods and services, making legal and authentic bookings or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The words "we", "us", "our" refer to Labbaika.com. The word "you" refers to the client visiting the Website and/or make booking through us on this Website, or through our Customer Service Team.

 

This Website is offered to you conditional upon your approval without amendments of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Terms of Use” or "Agreement"). Please read the Terms of Use carefully, as they contain significant information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court. 1.Definitions

"Platform" means the website and mobile apps on which the Service (as defined hereunder) is made available, possessed, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by Labbaika.com. "Service" means the online booking service (including the facilitation of payments) of several services now and then made available by Suppliers (as defined hereunder) on the Platform.


"Supplier(s)" means the provider of a service or an accommodation (e.g. hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast), (theme) parks, attractions, museums, sightseeing tours, cruise, rail and coach tours, transfers, tour operators, insurances, and any other travel or related service or product now and then made available for booking on the Platform.

"Website" means www.labbaika.com website.

 

2. Scope of our Service

Through the Platform, (Labbaika.com and its associate (distribution) partners) provide a web platform through which Suppliers can promote their service for booking, and through which visitors of the Platform can make such bookings (i.e. the booking service). By making a booking through the Platform, you are deemed to enter into an immediate and legally binding contractual relationship with the Supplier with which you make a booking or purchase a service or product (as applicable). From the point at which you make your booking, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier, transmitting the information of your booking to the related Supplier(s) and sending you a booking confirmation voucher via email for and on behalf of the Supplier(s).


When rendering our Service, the information that is shown on the website is based on the information provided to us by Suppliers. As such, the Suppliers are given access to an extranet through which they are completely responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is shown on our Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in providing our Service, we will not confirm if, and cannot warrant that, all information is accurate, complete or true, nor can we hold any responsibility for any faults (including obvious and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Supplier stays accountable always for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) shown on our Platform.


Our Service is made available for individual and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not permitted to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content material or information, software, bookings, tickets, products or services found on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.


3. Prices

The prices shown on our Platform are quite competitive. All prices are shown including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless mentioned otherwise on our Platform or the in the confirmation voucher or ticket. Ticket prices are per person or group and subjected to validity as shown on the ticket, if applicable. Applicable fees and taxes including tourist or city tax (if any) should be paid directly at the hotel (accommodation), such a tax may be charged by the Supplier in the case of a no-show or cancellation fee. Applicable taxes may be charged by the accommodation in the case of a no-show or cancellation fee.

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platform for a particular stay, product or service, however, these rates made available by Suppliers may hold special restrictions and conditions, for instance non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please check the relevant service and booking conditions and details carefully for any such conditions prior to making your bookings.


The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be counted on as accurate and real time; actual rates might alter.


Unintentional mistakes and errors (including misprints) are not binding.


4. Privacy Policy

5. Supplier terms and conditions

Additional terms and conditions will be applied to your bookings and purchase of travel—related services that you make. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. In specific, if you have purchased an airfare, please make sure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the Supplier, which can be found on the Supplier’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the provided service supplier, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's terms and conditions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only warranted once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may alter their prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely manner. 


Labbaika.com disclaims any liability or legal responsibility for any communication with the Supplier on or through its platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Supplier or (any kind of) acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. Labbaika.com cannot warrant that any request or communication will be (properly and timely) received/read by, complied with, implemented or acknowledged by the Supplier.


Labbaika.com may offer customers the opportunity to book a flight for a combination of two one—way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets may provide a better choice of flights, are often cheaper and can be combined on the similar airline or on different airlines. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, conditions and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline alteration (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a customer to make changes to the other flight, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.


You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering particular services and/or activities may ask you to sign their liability relinquishment prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any infringement of any such supplier's rules and conditions may result in cancellation of your booking(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such booking(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such infringement. 

Labbaika.com is not responsible for any costs incurred due to accommodation relocation. 

 

6. Credit card or bank transfer

If relevant and available, certain Suppliers offer the chance for bookings to be paid (wholly or partially and as stated under the accommodation remarks in the passenger details page) to the Supplier during the reservation process by means of secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). For particular services and products, Labbaika.com facilitates (through third party payment processors) the payment of the applicable service (i.e. the payment facilitation service) at the selection of the Supplier (Labbaika.com never acts nor operates as the merchant of record).


For certain (i.e. non-refundable) rates or special offers, please note that Suppliers may require that payment is made by credit card or debit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any choice for refund) upon making the booking. Please check the booking details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such circumstances prior to making your booking. Labbaika.com will not be liable or responsible for any (authorized, (allegedly) unauthorized or untrue) charge by the Supplier and will not (re)claim any amount for any valid or authorized charge by the Supplier (including for pre-paid rates, no-show and chargeable cancellation) of your credit card or debit card.


In the occurrence of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subjected to a deductibility.


7. International Travel

You are liable for making sure that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. Labbaika.com has no specific knowledge about foreign entry necessities or travel documents. We advise our customers to review travel prohibitions, notices, advertisements, and advisories issued by the related governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. 


Passport and Visa: You must consult the related Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may alter and you should check for very recent information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and appropriate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport. 


Health: Recommended vaccinations for travel may change and you should check with your doctor for current recommendations before your departure. It is your responsibility to make sure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended vaccinations, take all recommended medicine, and follow all medical advice regarding your trip. 


By offering reservations for travel services in certain international destinations, Labbaika.com does not represent or guarantee that travel to such areas is advisable or risk free, and is not responsible for compensations or losses that may result from travel to such areas.


8. Bank and credit card fees

Some banks and credit card companies apply fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside Jordan using a Jordanian credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different amount than the amount shown on the billing summary page for a booking made on our Website. Furthermore, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if credit card issuer bank is located outside Jordan. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card provider, since Labbaika.com may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier.

 

9.Prepayment, cancellation and no-show policy

By making a booking with a Supplier, you accept and agree to the applicable cancellation and no-show policy of that Supplier, and to any further terms and conditions of the Supplier that may apply to your visit or stay including for services rendered by the service provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Supplier is made accessible on our Platform on the summary page (Remarks section), during the booking process and in the confirmation voucher or ticket (if applicable). Please note that certain rates or special offers are not cancellable or changeable. Applicable city or tourist tax may still be charged by the Supplier in the case of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the booking details of your product or service of choice carefully for any such conditions prior to making your booking. Please note that a booking which requires down payment or (wholly or partially) prepayment may be canceled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the Supplier and the booking. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to Supplier policies. Please read thoroughly all-important information in your booking confirmation for additional policies as may be applied by the Supplier (e.g. with respect to age requirement, security deposit, non-cancellation/additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds/no free breakfast, pets/cards accepted). Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and responsibility and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Supplier agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.


If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to promptly communicate this with the Supplier so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your booking or charge of the no-show fee. Our Customer Service Team can sometimes assist you, depending on the circumstances of each case and without guarantee of any kind if needed with informing the Supplier. Labbaika.com does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee by the Supplier.


10. Liability Disclaimer


The Information, Software, Products and Services shown on this Website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. Particularly, Labbaika.com does not warrant the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the accommodation, airline, car rental and other travel services available on this Website (including, without limitation, the prices, photos, list of accommodation facilities, general service descriptions, etc.). Furthermore, Labbaika.com explicitly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website and/or booking made under a wrong price.

        

Whether or not the Supplier has charged you for your service, or if we are facilitating the payment of the booking made by you, you agree and acknowledge that the Supplier is always responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the booking to the relevant tax authorities. Labbaika.com is not liable or responsible for the remittance, collection, withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on the booking made by you to the applicable tax authorities.


Labbaika.com does not act as the merchant of record for any service or product shown on the Platform.


Property ratings shown on this Website are proposed as only general guidelines, Labbaika.com does not warrant the accuracy of the ratings. Labbaika.com and their respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes on the Website at any time.

Labbaika.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of God, government or authority. 

In no event shall Labbaika.com and their respective Suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this Website or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this Website (including, but not limited to, any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtaining through this Website; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of this Website) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, customer protection laws, or otherwise, and even if the Labbaika.com and/or their respective Suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Labbaika.com exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Platform on which the service is made available (including translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and sometimes the customer reviews) or our brand without our express written permission. To the extent that you would (wholly or partially) use or combine our (translated) content or would otherwise own any intellectual property rights in the Platform or any (translated) content, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to Labbaika.com. The translated version is a civility and office translation only and you cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the case of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms of use or contradiction or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, predominate and be decisive.
